George was a member for over 50 years. This trophy was donated in his memory by his wife and family. It is in the form of a silver beagle \u2014 George\u2019s favourite dog. George lived all those years only a nine iron from the course, in Morgan Avenue. The trophy was first played in 1981.\u00a0 The event is open to 20+ year members and special invitations to former Presidents, Captains and veterans.<\/p>\n
This year’s Golden Oldies was held on Saturday 6th December.\u00a0 Weather was a big let down again, with limited numbers participating.<\/p>\n
