Dear Members,
As part of our ongoing effort to maintain and improve our facilities, we are conducting a thorough audit of all storage areas, including men’s and women’s lockers and our club storage zones.
By the end of this month, any loose items not secured inside lockers will be removed.
If you currently store items in the locker rooms that are not inside a locked locker, please collect them prior to the end of the month.
For those using a locker that is currently unlocked or not formally assigned to your membership, we encourage you to either remove your belongings or speak with Shannon to arrange a proper locker allocation.
We’ve also discovered discrepancies between locker usage and our system records. To help rectify this, Shannon is working to align locker numbers with our membership database and internal spreadsheets. If you find a sticky note on your locker, please check in with Shannon to confirm it is correctly assigned to you.
We appreciate your understanding as we tidy up and bring clarity to the locker and storage systems.
