4-BALL OF THE CENTURY
As part of Yering Meadows’ 100-Year Celebrations and Gala Dinner, we invite members to put forward nominations for past or present individuals who have made an outstanding and lasting contribution to our club.
In honour of their service, four distinguished awards will be presented at the Gala Dinner, each recognising excellence in one of the categories listed below.
 
How to nominate
Please submit your nominations in strict confidence to Andrew Jury at judge21@bigpond.com or in person.
Nominations close Friday 31st October 2025.
A dedicated selection panel will carefully review all submissions and determine the final award recipients.
 
Criteria
Years of Service at club to be 10 years or more.
Loyal and outstanding contributions to our club on and off the fairways.
 
Award Categories – 4 Ball Titles
Committee and Leadership Roles.  Service in roles such as President, Captain, Treasurer, Pro-shop, Pennant Manager etc
Volunteering. Contributions in any voluntary capacity supporting the club or its members
Playing Achievements. Pennant participation, trophies, board events
Club person. A true ambassador: mentoring, welcoming and helping new members, positive attitude, ambassador, contributions to golf at Yering and/or representing Yering Meadows within the broader golfing community
