Dear Members,
We wanted to provide you with an important update on our course setup and rotation plan for the coming weeks, as we continue our focus on delivering the best possible playing conditions for all members.
Over December and January, we’ll be rotating access between the Valley and Homestead This approach is deliberate and extremely important. While the Homestead course is not undergoing renovation this year and remains in excellent condition, this rotation allows our course team to carry out essential repair and improvement works across holes 1–18 in a structured, week-by-week approach.
By temporarily resting certain sections of the course, our team can:
-
Complete vital turf repairs
-
Improve wear areas
-
Strengthen playing surfaces
-
Ensure consistency in course quality across all 27 holes
This work is critical to protecting the long-term health of the course and ensuring we provide premium playing conditions throughout the rest of the playing season.

Late Afternoon Access – Additional Playing Opportunities
As previously communicated, during December and January, the closed 9 holes will re-open from 3:30pm each day. This gives members more opportunities to play during peak afternoon times and helps maximise course access while we complete these essential works.
These rotations are all about protecting the health of the course, improving long-term playing quality, and ensuring your membership delivers consistently strong playing surfaces.
We appreciate your understanding and support while this important work is carried out.
If you have any questions, the Golf Shop team is always happy to help.
Cheers,
