JILL RAPPOLD MEMORIAL TROPHY
MULTIDAY WOMEN’S CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS
Jill Rappold was a member of Croydon Golf Club from 1967-2000. She was the winner of the Ladies Championship on 10 occasions- 1976, ’81, 82,’83,’84,’87,’91,’92,’93 and 1994. Jill was winner of the Ladies Foursomes Championship 11 times- 1975,’77,’78,’82,’83,’84,’87,’91,’92,’93 and 1994. She also played pennant for many years and was a member of the 1995 flag winning team. Jill held the course record at the Croydon course for many years. The Ladies Championship trophy was named in her honour in 2000.
