Cart Rental

1. Lessee acknowledges receipt of the equipment identified above (the “equipment”), which was examined by Lessee and found to be in first-class condition upon receipt, except as noted below. Lessee further acknowledges that Yering Meadows Golf Club owns the equipment to the Lessee for the use and purpose for which it was manufactured subject, however, to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. Lessee shall return the equipment to the place of initial rental, which shall be returned in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear accepted.
3. Lessee is responsible for all damages to the cart during the rental period and shall reimburse Lessor upon demand for the loss of, or any damage to equipment or property damage while it is rented to Lessee and for all costs and expenses.

Sample schedule of charges for damages:
Front End $500 Rear End $500
Windscreen $700 Roof Package $2500
Wheels $500 each

4. Lessee shall indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from and against any and all liability, including bodily injury and property damage arising out of the use or operation of the equipment by Lessee or anyone using or operating same with Lessee’s express or implied consent; provided however, that Lessor shall be responsible for loss or damage resulting from Lessor’s sole negligence.
5. Lessee shall abide by all rules and regulations of Lessor governing the use of the equipment.
6. Lessee must have a driver’s license

OPERATING RULES
1. All Vehicle operators must adhere to all signage placed around the course directing where the motorised golf vehicle must be driven.
2. A MAXIMUM of 2 people to travel in the Motorised Golf Vehicle at ALL TIMES – riding on the rear of the golf cart (standing on the rear bumper whilst the golf cart is moving) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and may result in the loss of use without refund
3. Motorised Golf Vehicles MUST NOT BE DRIVEN by persons under the age of 16
4. ATTEMPTING TO TURN THE VEHICLE WHILST TRAVELLING DOWNHILL AT FULL SPEED WILL CAUSE THE VEHICLE TO ROLL – VEHICLES THAT ARE ROLLED WILL INCUR DAMAGE CHARGES OF OVER $2,000

6. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM assigns FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBILITY for any damage done to this vehicle, the Course, Club Property, any adjoining property OR any other motorised vehicles
