Drawing arrangements
• We will advise you, in writing, the details of Yering Meadows Golf Club Pay Plan drawing arrangements [amount; frequency; commencement date] at least 14 calendar days prior to the first drawing.
• Where the due date falls on a non-business day, we will draw the amount on the next business day.
• We may vary any details of this agreement or a Direct Debit Request at any time by giving you at least fourteen (14) days written notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel Yering Meadows Golf Club Pay Plan drawing arrangements if two or more drawings are returned unpaid by our nominated Financial Institution and to arrange with you an alternate payment method.
• Where unpaid transactions are returned, the following procedures will apply:
1. The Member will be contacted by phone in the first instance;
2. The Member will be asked to forward a cheque or provide Credit details;
3. If the payment has not been received within 7 days of contact being made or correspondence leaving the Club, the Members will be deemed to be non-financial;
4. All fees and charges resulting from a returned transaction will be charged to your Membership account.
• We will keep all information pertaining to your nominated account at the Financial Institution, private and confidential.
Your rights:
• You may terminate the Yering Meadows Golf Club Direct Debit Pay Plan drawing arrangements at any time by giving written notice directly to us, or through your nominated Financial Institution. Notice given to us should be received by us at least 14 business days prior to the due date.
• You may stop payment of a drawing under the Yering Meadows Golf Club Direct Debit Pay Plan by giving written notice directly to us, or through your nominated Financial Institution. Notice given to us should be received by us at least 14 business days prior to the due date.
• You may request change to the drawing amount and/or frequency of the Yering Meadows Golf Club drawings by contacting us and advising your requirements no less than 14 business days prior to the due date.
• Where you consider that a drawing has been initiated incorrectly [outside the Yering Meadows Pay Plan arrangements] you may take the matter up directly with us or lodge a Direct Debit Claim through your nominated Financial Institution.

• I understand that I am signing up for the full twelve months of Membership, or part thereof, at Yering Meadows Golf Club in the category I have selected
• I understand that I am liable for the full payment of this Membership including any fees and charges stated on my invoice, and as prescribed by Management
• I understand that should I have more than two forfeited payments that the full amount of the remaining Membership money for the year shall be due at that time
• I understand that should I default on payment of my obligated instalments and the Club is unable to settle the issue with me, that the Club shall have the option to approach a debt collection agency to recover the money, and that my credit rating may be affected by this action.
• It is my responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds available in the nominated account to meet a drawing on its due date.
• It is my responsibility to ensure that the authorisation given to draw on the nominated account is identical to the account signing instruction held by the Financial Institution where the account is based.
• It is my responsibility to advise the Club if the account nominated by myself to receive Yering Meadows Golf Club Pay Plan drawings is transferred or closed.
• It is my responsibility to check with my financial institution whether direct debiting is available from my account as direct debiting is not available on all accounts offered by financial institutions.
• It is my responsibility to arrange with the Club a suitable alternate payment method if I wish to cancel Yering Meadows Golf Club Pay Plan drawing arrangement.
• I understand that should I default upon payment that any Trophy or Event won during the year shall become null and void, to which all interpretation remain the final decision of the Match Committee, and that your name shall not appear as the winner of that event on any Club trophy, honour board or other official notice.
• I understand that by participating in this form of membership payment, I shall have all the same rights and privileges as any member, in the category I have elected to join or renewed in, as long as you are financial.
